What You'll Do

As a key member of our organization, the Full Stack Developer will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, enabling our clients to optimize their workflows and embrace the power of artificial intelligence. You'll employ both your Python and JavaScript proficiencies to craft beautifully designed, responsive applications that are not only technologically robust but are also intuitive and user-friendly, and that interface with machine learning models built by our R&D team.

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

  • Backend Development: Construct, optimize, and maintain scalable backend using Node.js, FastAPI, or Django, ensuring flawless communication with machine learning models via APIs
  • Frontend Development: Develop user-facing applications with meticulous attention to UX/UI, ensuring aesthetic appeal without compromising functionality
  • Database Management: Expertly handle both structured and unstructured databases, ensuring optimal data storage and retrieval
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to articulate and translate business requirements into technical specifications, adhering to an Agile development framework

What We Require

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or equivalent work experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, along with experience in libraries and frameworks such as React.js, Angular.js, or Vue.js
  • Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js for server-side scripting
  • Deep understanding of Python with experience in web framework like Django or FastAPI. Knowledge of Python libraries for data science (Pandas, NumPy, etc. would be a plus
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors such as LESS or SASS
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and Bootstrap or equivalent frameworks
  • Knowledge of design principles and user experience (UX) design; familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma is a plus
  • Experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs, GraphQL
  • Knowledge of interfacing with machine learning models via API. Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn
  • Proficient in SQL (MyAQL, PostgreSQL, etc) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc). Experience with ORM libraries such as SQLAlchemy
  • Experience in data modelling, database design, and data structures. Knowledge of database administration and performance optimization techniques
  • Proficient in Git for version control
  • Familiarity with deployment and CI/CD tools like Docker, Jenkins, or Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Ability to travel 25 – 75% required. Varies by location and team


Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
